Halloween patrol

In St-Hyacinthe, a patrol network has been organized jointly by different services to insure the safety of kids on Halloween night.

The operation united the following services: Saint-Hyacinthe Fire Department, Sûreté du Québec (police / MRC les Mascoutains), Ambulances Saint-Hyacinthe, Crime Prevention Comitee of Saint-Hyacinthe, Amateur Radio Club VE2CAM Saint-Hyacinthe; all represented by a few volontary workers present during the photo (all others obviously patroling meanwhile :)
