Diesel spill

At around 18h15, a truck hit a car that did not stop at a red light in the busy intersection of blvd Laframboise and Ste-Anne. The driver of the car was transported to the hospital by paramedics.

The truck had some damage to its fuel tank, which caused a significant diesel leak. Firefighters had to remain on site for hours to manage, with Environnement Québec, the transport company and the City, the recovery of the liquid which had made its way into an underground installation. 10-90 was given at 1h30 AM, some six hours after the initial 10-17.
